EasyEUICC in HUAWEI cannot scan QR code #29

When I use app to scan QR code, the page would switch to Log Page, and nothing changes. It failed. I search the error in web, find it often appears in HUAWEI.
If I use server and activecode, it works.
could you tell me how to solve the problem, please
