I have changed my phone now use xiaomi with android 14, when install the openeuicc module the phone system crashes? Does it not work on android 14 or is it cause my phone hase an OEM LPA on it? Is there any solution to install it?

If by "the openeuicc module" you mean the Magisk module that has been floating around, that module contains a version of OpenEUICC from over a year ago. I can only say that the current version of OpenEUICC works perfectly fine on all Android 14 devices I have.
