feat: Send additional metadata to ProfileDownloadCallback #313

Sorry, this will break the build, but I'm only using the LGPL2 libeuicc and lpac-jni, so I haven't made any changes to OpenEUICC itself.

I figured I have to make it public anyway so perhaps you can take it and build on it - it is quite useful if you'd like the progress screen to say something a bit more friendly like "Downloading your BRANDNAME eSIM..." at 60% or whatever.

Relies on these patches to libeuicc:

LGTM, I can merge after the corresponding lpac PRs are merged (and fixing the rest of OpenEUICC).

I might in fact incorporate / redo part of what's included here for the upcoming es9p preview support (partly for EuiccService)
