Can't install linux-clockworkpi-git package #2

Hi! I'm trying to install ArchLinux on my uConsole. I'm at this stage:

pacman -S raspberrypi-bootloader firmware-raspberrypi linux-clockworkpi-git

Command fails with error:

error: failed retrieving file 'linux-clockworkpi-git-1:6.12.51.r1323600.202510121826.4bcc5d4-1-aarch64.pkg.tar.xz' from s3-cdn.angry.im : Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 10 seconds
warning: failed to retrieve some files

BTW, I'm living in Russia, maybe this domain restricting access?

There's no access restriction placed on that domain but it's possible that we just have terrible routing or something (though, that domain is served via Cloudflare and cache-enabled)
