Peter Cai b3d79c8204 gsi: Add idc to ignore Titan 2's extra touch inputs 
These aren't well supported by AOSP due to the new touchpad stack and
we'll probably need some uinput-based glue for this to work nicely.

This requires a small patch in frameworks/native.
