Remove device-specific Codeaurora IMS settings

Since f4e0df4 VoLTE/WFC specific settings for devices with Codeaurora
IMS are set by the CAF-IMS overlay, based on [detection if Codeauroa IMS
is available in treble app][1]. Therefore device specific
configuration of the IMS and the VoLTE/WFC specific settings aren't
necessary anymore.
